The LAZY BREAKFAST

  • Rolled oats- 3 TBSP
  • Chia Seeds 1 TBSP
  • Mashed Mango pulp/Mashed Banana Pulp (+/-) Curd
  • Mix in a bowl.  Eat. 

The Dessert Cravings

  • Ingredients- Ripe banana -2
  • Whey Protein Powder- Chocolate- 1 scoop
  • Cinnamon powder 1/8th tsf(optional)
  • Chia seeds (½ ) tsf (Optional)
  • Mix all the ingredients in the blender. Let it cool in the refrigerator for 4 hours(DO NOT FREEZE)
  • Take out and enjoy!

The Rice Lover's Meal

  • Uncooked Rice- 4 TBSF
  • Spinach/Lal Sag- 200g, washed and diced
  • Paneer- 100 g, small cubes
  • Onion- 1 Medium, Diced
  • Red chilli 3
  • Garlic- 10 cloves, diced
  • Ghee- 3 TBSF
  • Garnish- In a separate pan, shallow fry garlic and red chillies till brown and crisp
  • Wash and Soak RIce for 30 mins
  • Heat 2 TBSF Ghee in a Pan
  • Sautee onion till golden
  • Add Spinach, saute on open Flame for 10 mins on medium heat
  • Add Soaked rice, Salt as per taste, 100 mL water and cover for 15 mins on low heat
  • Open the pan and add Garnish and 1 TBSF Ghee
  • Mix and Serve
